Pastor's Letter

Dear BHBC Family,

This past Sunday, BHBC blessed our four high school graduates in a recognition event prior to the Bible Study hour. Dana Grassi, Mitch Henderson, David Sherrill and Chad Sullivan are among the finest young people I know. Each is unique to themselves, yet all four are devoted to their faith. Please continue to pray for them as they pursue God’s plan for their lives. May God bless them and their families during this summer of transition.

 

All of our hearts were broken on Monday as we held a vigil in front of the television watching the destruction from the tornadoes in Oklahoma City. Please pray for the many victims. Please pray for the medical teams and the recovery teams. Please pray for the churches as they serve faithfully. Please pray for Oklahoma. If you would like to make a financial contribution, please designate your offering and we will direct to a Baptist agency serving with disaster relief. If you would like some information about going to Oklahoma and being a part of the recovery effort, these same Baptist disaster relief agencies are in need of volunteers. Please contact me for more information.

 

Finally, “WWW” is coming to BHBC for the summer.
