International HappeningsWE ARE BACK - THINGS ARE STILL HAPPENING
After a long absence, we are updating this site to try to better inform you of the International
Department program at BHBC. Perhaps, some of us got behind on our responsibilities earlier due
to other conflicts and demands on our time and schedule. We hope we can stay more current in
our coverage of the "happenings" in the future so that you can better keep up with us.

ANNOUNCEMENTS AND ACTIVITIES1. INTERNATIONAL DEPARTMENT SCHEDULE - 2012
A. Recently, the International Department gave a baby shower for Machiko and Ken Takezawa. They are expecting a new baby son in February, 2012. Machiko and Ken returned to Japan during January, 2012, which was earlier than originally planned. This early return was required to allow Ken to join the medical staff of a hospital in Japan where both Ken's father and grandfather had previously served. Recent Update: Ken and Machiko have a new son, Riku, born on January 21, 2012. B. On Saturday, February 18, at 2:00P, Pat Toth will host an English Tea Party in her home at 669 Brook Hollow Road. All female members, wives of the male members, and female friends of International Department members are invited to attend. Male members, male friends, and children are not invited to attend. A sheet is available in the International Department to be used to sign up for this event if you would like to attend. NEWS - PRESENT MEMBERSAs we lose some members who have returned to their home countries, we also are pleased to welcome several new members recently. We hope to publish a new department directory soon to provide a current list of our members.
